"CityU Web Hacker" Turtle

"CityU Web Hacker" Turtle is a keyword for eXtreme Web Designer Award 2007 that is a contest about SEO and Web Usability holding by Computer Science Department(CS Dept) of City University of Hong Kong(CityU).
This is the 3rd year we are holding this contest. Like previous years, all winners will get a nice award certificate from the Department of Computer Science as well as a small prize. Being a winner will of course be a great recognition on your Web design skills.
The founder of the contest, Prof. Andy Chun, teaches the techniques required in the contest in the course CS 3382 - Web Usability Design and Engineering in CityU.
